Do I need to be concerned with music copyright laws?
A Vision Fantastic adheres to all Australian copyright laws. We obtain a Domestic Use Video License (for CD, video and DVD) from AMCOS/ARIA for all music used in your biography. The fee for this license is included in the fixed contract price for your video biography. Under the license granted you can only show the video in a private domestic viewing environment. You will be asked to acknowledge this requirement when you sign your contract for your video biography.
