Any information provided to partners or employees of A Vision Fantastic (for Life Memories Video Biographies), whether written or verbal, by its clients will remain private and confidential and only be used for the purpose of creating the contracted video biography. Excerpts from the said video can only be made available to others (for promotional purposes, etc) after written permission has been obtained from the client. Naturally, we cannot accept responsibility for any information in the finished video biography program divulged to others by the client.
